Versions

Per-release changelogs. Following SemVer 2.0.0 (see CLAUDE.md).

Conventions

• One file per release: vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH.md.
• Succinct. The code at each tagged commit is the expanded version; this index is for orientation.
• Group entries under: Added, Changed, Removed, Fixed (Keep a Changelog flavour). Skip groups that don't apply.

• v1.2.1 — /release switches to trunk-based direct commit; /release-finalize removed.
• v1.2.0 — /release skill for cutting versions.
• v1.1.0 — design system, theme, FormCard / FormSection, /design showcase.
• v1.0.0 — initial scaffolding, login feature, test infrastructure.
